Appetizer Choices

  • Creamy Crab Dip with Gourmet Crackers: Our special blend of horseradish, Tabasco, cream cheese & fresh backfin crabmeat.
  • Jerk Chicken with Homemade Honey Mustard: Our secret recipe from a hut in the islands features over 20 ingredients!
  • Coconut Shrimp: Tossed in a flavor-filled beer batter, these large shrimp are then rolled in fresh coconut and fried to perfection.
  • Miso Glazed Scallops ($2.00 upcharge/person): Large sea scallops seared to perfection and topped with a miso glaze.
  • Baked Brie: This classic cheese is wrapped in puff pastry, baked and drizzled with honey.

Option 1 – Four Course Dining - $35.00 per guest

  • Appetizer Platters – 3 choices (each platter will serve 6 guests)

  • Portuguese Bread with Infused Dipping Oils

  • Choice of House Caesar or Our Spring Walnut Salad

  • Dinner Entrée – Select entrees under $21.00

Option 2 – Four Course Dining - $40.00 per person *Filet of Mignon, add $5.00

  • Portuguese Bread with Infused Dipping Oils

Option 1, Four Course Dinner Package Menu Choices

  • Rustic Chicken ala Vodka: Grilled chicken breast served on top of penne pasta with spinach and a roasted red pepper vodka sauce.

  • Coconut Shrimp: Six large shrimp tossed in a flavor filled batter, rolled in fresh coconut and fried to perfection. Served with a homemade Dijon marmalade and our rice du jour.

  • Pepper Corn Sirloin: House butchered, Certified Angus Beef sirloin, grilled to perfection. Served with pepper corn demi-glace and smashed potatoes.

  • 1 Market Street Lump Crab Cake: Broiled or fried, this Eastern Shore tradition is served with caper aioli, salsa fresco and smashed potatoes.

  • Portabella Pesto Pasta: Sautéed seasoned vegetables tossed in penne pasta and topped with a grilled portabella mushroom. Finished in a creamy pesto sauce.

Option 2, Four Course Dinner Package Menu Choices

  • Roaring Forties Chicken: Tender, pan-roasted chicken breast served with roasted potatoes and spinach, tossed in bacon blue cheese cream sauce. Served with smashed potatoes.

  • Applewood Smoked Pork Medallions: White Marble Farms prime pork tenderloin, seared medium. Served with an apple brandy-port reduction and smashed potatoes.

  • Roasted Half Rack of Lamb (add $7): Oven-roasted to perfection and served with a rosemary-mint demi-glace and smashed potatoes.

  • New York Strip Steak: House butchered center cut N.Y. strip steak served with smashed potatoes.

  • 2 Market Street Lump Crab Cakes: Broiled or fried, this Eastern Shore tradition is served with caper aioli, salsa fresco and smashed potatoes.

  • Lobster & Crab Ragout: Sauteed lobster meat and lump crab meat over penne pasta, finished in a rustic tomato cream sauce.

  • Filet Mignon (add $5)

  • Lamb (add $7)

To have individual appetizers served, add $5.00 per person. Limit your choices to four selections.

For your convenience a 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill.

Liquor, beer & wine will be billed individually, unless other arrangements are made prior to event.
