- Jerk Chicken with Homemade Honey Mustard: Our secret recipe from a hut in the islands features over 20 ingredients!
- Coconut Shrimp: Tossed in a flavor-filled beer batter, these large shrimp are then rolled in fresh coconut and fried to perfection.
- Miso Glazed Scallops ($2.00 upcharge/person): Large sea scallops seared to perfection and topped with a miso glaze.
- Baked Brie: This classic cheese is wrapped in puff pastry, baked and drizzled with honey.
